Changing the Workplace for Black Women (2021-22)
In the inaugural year of the Closing the Chasm Report (2021-2022), there were a lot of surprises, a new path charted with data and more importantly, the creation of an opportunity to discuss the experiences of Black women in Europe in the workplace and how action can be taken.
