What developments have there been in the past year?

This is exactly the question we asked the respondents of The Experience Chasm Survey 2022 - 2023.

Keeping the same solutions-driven focus as the previous survey and report, it became even more critical to highlight the nuance of gender equity is learning about the difference in experience both positive and negative in the workplace for Black women.

Above and beyond this, the report serves to show both individuals and organisations how to put gender equity in practice.
