Changing the Workplace for Black Women (2021-22)

We made the call.

We don't work based on assumptions, we like to make sure that we have data.

This is why we have launched the Experience Chasm Survey. We are calling all Black women across Europe to take part in this critical survey that has been created to amplify the voices of Black women in the workplace.

The US data has done a lot in highlighting there is a problem, but we are going a step further to the what. Watch this video from our CEO and Founder, Leanne Mair where she explains the importance of participation.

Only by taking part, can we hope to see change.
